by 以外の前置詞を使った受動態〜イディオムで覚える〜

その会場は人でいっぱいです。

be made of ~ と be made from の使い方の違いについて
be made of
も
be made from
も『〜で作られている。〜でできている』
違いは、
原料が見てわかるかわからないかで
of か from のどちらかを使います。
＜of＞
商品が何の原料からできているか
素材が残っていて、わかる時
例えば、
机は木からできている
など。
be made of を使います。
This desk was made of wood.
この机は木で作られました。
＜from＞
素材が変わってしまってわからない時
例えば
紙は木から作られている
など。
Butter is made from milk.
バターは牛乳から作られている
（素材が液体から固体に変わっている）
be made into ~（〜製品になる・作り変えられる）
The strawberries were made into jam.
いちごはジャムになりました。
フレーズ・センテンスでまとめて覚えることをお勧めします

これだけ覚えるよりも

のように
まとめて覚えてしまううことを
お勧めします。
受動態は、難しいところですが
何度もたくさんの
練習問題を解いたり、文章暗記したりすると
応用も見えてくると思います。
